Alternative Dispute Resolution

Three convenient locations staffed by Gilbert Mediation Center, Ltd. or your choice of locations…whichever works best for you and your clients.

At the Gilbert Mediation Center, Ltd., we believe that experienced mediators with significant judicial and trial experience, dedicated to the resolution of disputes with input and consent of the parties, leads to more satisfactory and efficient settlements. Building upon that philosophy, we have become a leader in Minnesota in the growing trend toward post-trial mediated settlements during the appellate process.

Arbitration: Our neutrals have years of decision-making experience that will assist you and your clients in your arbitration needs. Unlike the national ADR groups operating in Minnesota, we do not charge any administrative, hearing room rent or termination fees for arbitrations. Our assistants are local residents available to help in scheduling and handling your ADR requirements. We can custom tailor your arbitration processes at a fraction of the costs charged by the national ADR companies!

The Gilbert Mediation Center, Ltd. can help parties resolve their State and Federal disputes instead of litigating in court at much less expense to all. The retired judges also serve as arbitrators or special masters to hear and rule on disputes.
